What we do

We recruit and select domestic personnel (nannies, housekeepers, homework tutors, family manager etc.) and business staff (chef and executive assistant): we will help you to find qualified, referenced staff and, if necessary, we will train them to best suit your needs via our Finishing School, a training school for domestic workers.

Our main target are families requiring native English-speaking personnel, either for work or family reasons: with us you can find a nanny, a housekeeper, a butler, an house manager or a personal assistant to help you out while moving and getting used to a new city.

We also offer Etiquette classes for children and adults

Our offer also includes Etiquette classes for children and adults. For those parents who believe in the importance of good manners for their children, we have developed an Etiquette training programme in which children learn how to behave through role-playing and creative workshops. If you would like to learn about the “Art of receiving”, you can take part in Social Etiquette courses, during which we will show you how to make your house “perfect” and better suited to host guests.

Who we are


Lucia Perazzi - Ceo & Founder
My name is Lucia Perazzi and I have a degree in Business and Economics specialising in marketing for the fashion industry. After long-standing professional experience in Human Resources, I decided to develop my passion for “good manners” and attended advanced training courses in Image Consulting, Modern Etiquette and Personal Branding and Children’s Etiquette in prestigious academies in Milan.
My active participation in the Piacenza Ducale Lions Club gave me the opportunity to better get to know certain topics, like waiting staff etiquette and organisation. After my two children were born, I decided to set up my own consulting business in order to help mums with the organisation of the family: looking for a reliable nanny, training the housekeeper to work in the kitchen or teaching children how to behave at the table. Milan is becoming more international day by day, so I also tried to focus on those families coming from abroad and on how to make their arrival and stay in Milan easier. This is how Allure Milano, your family consultant, was created!

 

Laura Alessandro - Assistant & Recruiter
After graduating, in 1998 I lived in England for six months as an au pair, an experience that made me independent and confident, with an excellent knowledge of the English language. I have twenty years of experience in the management fields of large companies as a management assistant; and in the field of au pairs and study programs abroad as coordinator and recruiter, in charge of selecting and assisting candidates and host families. I worked as a travel consultant and tour guide for some tourist agencies. At Allure Domestic staff, I manage the candidate selection process and all agency back office activities.
