How we work

We recruit and select candidates that best fulfil your family’s or business needs, such as nannies for the day, live-in carers, native tutors, family manager, executive assistant and chef. We will promptly respond to your requests. If you are looking for a specific profile, please contact us or fill in the following form. We will send you the profiles that best suit your needs ASAP, sometimes accompanied by presentation videos.

If we find any interesting candidates, together we will carry out a preliminary interview and selection of the ideal candidate, either at our offices or at your home.

Rates and guarantee

Our fee amounts to one month’s net salary of the hired candidate plus VAT, except for family manager position, chef or business staff position for which 10% of the gross annual remuneration is required. As regards occasional work (chefs, tutors, seasonal workers, etc.), our fee amounts to 20% of the candidate’s total compensation for the working period. You will benefit from a 3-month guarantee, starting from the first day of probation, during which you can request the replacement of the selected candidate. We will resume the search for a suitable candidate, without you having to pay any extra cost. The fee for our recruitment and selection services is € 300,00 + IVA (only for part time request is € 200,00 + IVA) . Below you can find the standard monthly salaries per professional category.

Other staff:

Live-in domestic couple: € 3,000.00-€ 5,000.00 net/month.
Full-time professional and private cooks: € 3,500.00-€ 5,500.00 net/month.
Laundry workers: € 2,500.00-€ 3,500.00 net/month.
Butlers (usually live-in): € 2,500.00-€ 3,500.00 net/month.

Domestic workers

Housekeeper

They deal exclusively with housekeeping, laundry and cooking (including weekly grocery shopping management).
Hourly contract:

Part-time: € 700.00-€ 900.00 net/month.
Full-time: € 1,300.00-€ 1,500.00 net/month.

Live-in contract:

Live-in housekeeper: € 1,300.00-€ 1,700.00 net/month for 54 hours/week (10 hours Monday-Friday with a 2-hour break + Saturday mornings). Weekends and travelling to be paid as overtime.

Nanny/ Nursery Nurses

The Nanny take care of children (play, study, hygiene, meals), they speak well italian and another language, and the house (only for full-time or live-in workers and depending on the age of the children).

Hourly contract:
- Part-time: € 700.00-€ 1,000.00 net/month.
- Full-time: € 1,300.00-€ 1,600.00 net/month.

Live-in contract:

€ 1,300.00-€ 1,800.00 net/month for 54 hours/week (10 hours Monday-Friday with a 2-hour break + Saturday mornings). Weekends and travelling to be paid as overtime.

The Nursery nurses is a socio-health worker specialized in childcare assistance:

€ 3.000,00-€ 5.000,00 net/month to be defined based on the number of hours service and experiences. Higher rates for native english speakers.

Family Staff

Manages the family's personal and business activities:

House Manager: € 3.000,00-€ 5.000,00 net/month
Personal Assistant: € 2.500,00-€ 4.000,00 net/month
Drivers: € 2,000.00-€ 3,000.00 net/month
Property Manager/Facility Manager: € 4.000,00-€ 6.000,00 net/month

Salaries vary according to the candidate’s experience, professional certifications and references.

Business Staff

Staff for companies, show room and family office:

Personal/Executive Assistant: Salary from 2,500 to 4,000 eu net/month
Office Manager: Salary from 1,500 to 2,000 eu net/month
Store Manager: Salary from 2,000 to 3,000 eu net/month

Salaries vary based on experience, knowledge of foreign languages and the type of contract.
